FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?

No. You can schedule a visit directly — no physician referral is required.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Your ID, insurance card if you have one you’d like to use, and any relevant medical records or accident paperwork.

Do you accept my insurance?

We work with a range of insurance plans and can help verify your benefits before your visit. See our payment options page for more.

I was in a car accident but don't feel hurt. Should I still get checked out?

Many accident-related injuries don’t cause pain right away. An evaluation soon after an accident gives us a baseline, even if you feel okay.

Can you treat me if I'm working with an attorney?

Yes. We regularly coordinate care with personal injury attorneys, including lien-based treatment. See our For Attorneys page.

Do you treat conditions besides accident injuries?

Yes — we also provide general chiropractic wellness care, prenatal and postnatal care, and treatment for conditions like sciatica and chronic pain. See our full list of services.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on your injury and how you respond to care. We reassess at each visit rather than following a fixed schedule — see our recovery timeline page for more.

What are your hours?

Monday 1:30–7pm, Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 9am–12:30pm and 1:30–6pm, Saturday 9am–1pm. Closed Thursday and Sunday. See our Contact page for full details.
